Upon receipt of your information, one of our Client Services team members will confirm your ship date and email your shipment status. In addition during the COVID-19 crisis, we are also enabling extended use of your current badge wear dates, at no additional cost, and waiving late badge fees.
While this Safe Badge Holding Program is automatic for our small medical office and practice customers, any other customers experiencing business interruptions due to COVID-19 can call us at +800-251-3331 to opt-in to this program as well. We can pause your badge shipments until you can safely receive them.
